Annie Mist Thorisdottir comes from Reykjavik, Iceland. She runs and owns Crossfit Reykjavik in Iceland, where she coaches athletes. Annie has the distinction of being only one woman in history to have won in the CrossFit Games two times. Her second place finish was at the 2010 CrossFit Games and the 2014 CrossFit Games. Besides this in 2014 she won a silver medal and in the year 2021 she won bronze in CrossFit Games. Presently Annie coaches and trains at Crossfit Reykjavik which was started by her. Annie is an athlete on the rise who has been the face of various brands like Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs as well as Renaissance Periodization, Nuun Hydration as well as Sidekick Yerbae.
