Dwayne is the pastor in charge at Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC which he planted in 2007. He is also a member of the board of the Acts 29 Network and he serves as Director of Pastoral Care for the network. Dwayne is also a believer for training the next generation Biblical counselors. He serves as a Board Director for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written many online pieces and is a co-author in Christ Centered Biblical Counseling Transformation of Lives through God's Unchangeable Word (eds. Kelleman (and Viars) Dwayne, his wife Leslie and their three children.
